Pacific Stair guarantees to use the standard materials in the fabrication of its stair and stair components. The materials used meet and or exceed all specification requirements.
We buy raw materials from well established steel service centers. We require our suppliers to provide mill test certificates to insure we buy the best steel available on the market.
Our Quality Control Manager, Gary Gardner, has been in the Stair and Rail Manufacturing business for over 20 years. Our Quality Control manager is involved with training and testing our employees and we are currently in the process of being certified with the AISC.
Pacific Stair Corporation is both LA City and Clark County approved fabricators, which means we are held to the highest manufacturing standards.
All stairs, rails and landings are inspected numerous times during the fabrication process, plus one final inspection prior to shipping. All of our welders are fully certified in accordance with AWS D1.1-06. Embeds and critical welds are inspected and tested by Carlson Testing, an independent 3rd party testing laboratory.

Carlson TestingPSC hires Carlson Testing Inc. to test 100% of our embeds and we use third party load tension testing in accordance with ASW D 1.1 structural steel fabrication.
