Pacific Stair develops, manufactures, and provides a stair system that meets or exceeds the current international building code, section 1009, stairways, section 1012 handrails, interstory drift code IBC 1617.3.1, and ASCE 7-02 9.5.2.B.

Our handrail systems are designed to save you time. Rails are mandrel bent and fixtured to allow simple field connections and eliminate 75% of the field welding and grinding.
Pacific Stair guarantees our standard stair system has been fully field-tested and exceeds the Earthquake Interstory Drift requirement of the International Building Code.
